Job Title: Continuous Improvement Leader
Purpose of Position: To lead the creation and maintenance of a Culture of Continuous Improvement in the people and work teams that lead, manage and operate the business processes in the three plants of GKN Driveline Mexico and in the company Mexico Services S.A de C.V.  

Profile         

 Minimum education: Master's Degree
 Minimum experience required: 5 years.

Detailed Description

Key Responsibilities 
    
- Facilitate improvement processes in the business processes of GKN Driveline Mexico. From its establishment to the validation of its results.
- Ensure the involvement of employees within the improvement processes.
- Drive the improvement processes, ensuring the utilization of available resources and maximizing their profitability.
- Monitor Improvement Plans and Projects in the business process areas of the GDM site.
- Monitor the validation of the results of improvement exercises carried out under the Kaizen event methodology in the business processes of the GDM site.
- Provide technical support in the management of our Lean Enterprise Business Model tools to the leaders and members of natural and interdisciplinary teams of the GDM site. Ensuring sustainable improvement results.
- Manage training plans and programs in the Lean Enterprise philosophy and its techniques and tools for all organizational levels of the GDM site.
- Train and sensitize site staff and other stakeholders on the tools offered by the Lean Enterprise business model.
- Manage the continuous improvement process of the GDM site.
- Prioritize improvement activities according to the analysis from the Site Steering Committees of the GDM site. 
- Provide advice to the natural teams, cross-functional teams and their members in the effective application of Lean Enterprise tools.
- Support the organization in the establishment, execution and improvement of Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP's).
