Position Purpose:
To design and develop production processes that ensure capacity, capability, quality, productivity and planned safety for both current processes and new programs.
Specifications:
Have studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing or related.
Able to maintain fluent conversations and write in English.
2 years experience in Production/Manufacturing areas of Assembly processes.
Job Purpose:
- Analyze project quotation information to establish objectives.
- Design production processes according to feasibility and production requirements.
- Develop production processes that meet established objectives through the use of standard methods of operation and adjustment of machinery.
- Satisfy the objectives set in parts per hour, defined line, CAPEX, investment amounts, etc.
- Generate savings projects
- Plan and coordinate the generation of process documentation for new projects and/or mass production.
- Develop tooling for the improvement of production processes considering cost per part, durability and impact on the process.
- Standardize production processes throughout the value chain.
- Improve designs or processes leaving them free of risks for people, machinery, facilities or the environment.
- Implement and improve safe model change.
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of FEA.
- Knowledge of QRQC.
- Knowledge of Vision systems.
- Knowledge of I4.0
