Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

50% SAP Master Data:

  • Create/Maintain workflow to automize SAP Master Data inputs, e.g. Material Master, Sales Distribution, Production Planning and BOM data at the highest possible level or quality.
  • Support SAP Master Data clean-up
  • Support documentation of all modifications to Master Data process
  • Create Process and Training document for Workflow SW
  • Support teams in creating workflow processes to eliminate paper flow
  • Lead ZFLOW implementation across all functions

50% EHS

  • Annual procedure review and update
  • EHS Training Records update
  • Audit/Radar/Near Miss analytics
  • Safety Auditing
  • New Employee follow up
  • Weekly Safety Topics
  • Safety Week/Celebration
  • Chemical Inventory List
  • EHS On Line Kiosk Update and document process – hasn’t been properly updated since 2021.

Qualification and Skills:

Ability to work with cross function personnel/teams.

Computer Skills (ERP systems, MS Word, Excel, Data Analysis and Statistical Study

Ability to take complex factors and create concise and decision supporting analysis is essential.  

Ability to meet tight, multiple deadlines and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks.

 

Desirable:

Junior Year completion of Bachelors Degree or higher in a relative discipline

Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required Essential:

Effective team player and partner, and demonstration of an immediate sense of urgency, as well as flexibility.• Ability to manage projects in support of business objectives to include the development of project plans, effective utilization of resources and development of metrics to measure and report on results. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to establish effective working relationships and credibility with all levels of the internal organization and external client organizations • Require strong communication  and organizational skills and the ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and change
